Dilyana Slavova said the fact that many Bulgarian and Balkan immigrants lived in Spain meant the country was an attractive market; he added that Russia had been an important market in times past, while Brazil presented new opportunities.
Various types of Bulgarian cheese (including white and yellow) and yogurt will be advertised during the campaign. Existing dairy export markets for the country include Australia, the US and the Middle East.

Timely initiative
I only could congratulate Mrs Dilyana Slavova for this initiative.This should be done long time ago, not for others to pretend that the Bulgarian native milk products are theirs. However, this should be run in parallel with the new innovation and modern technologies in order to be properly analysed and protected at the molecular and metabolic levels.
