The organic segment of the conventional food retail trade in Denmark grew by 25 per cent in 2008, according to the latest figures, and Organic Denmark is confident that sales will double by 2013.
Biofach will take place from 19 to 22 February in Nuremberg, Germany, and the organisers are expecting over 2700 exhibitors at the show and 46,000 buyers. More than 40 Danish companies will be in attendance.
