The planned research, which is the first under the new strategic partnership to fund food policy work, will look at all aspects of people’s lives through a number of social science perspectives. The aim is to understand “if, when and where dietary and health related decisions fit into people’s lives and to help explain how people end up eating the food they do”.
The partners are envisaging two projects: An in-depth study; and a larger scale project to yield quantitative data.
The deadline for proposals is Thursday 19 March 2009. More information is available here .
