Dairy Crest is recalling two date codes of its Weight Watchers West Country Thick Cream – Reduced Fat due to high levels of Bacillus cereus.

The bacterium can cause food poisoning and means the product is a possible health risk to consumers.

The FSA (Food Standards Agency) issue a notice this week for the product which is a pack size 200g and has 'Use by' dates: 13 August 2014 and 14 August 2014.

No other Dairy Crest or Weight Watchers products are known to be affected.
