Twelve people from five countries have been in Harbin attending a technical training program on processing dairy products.
The participants who came from either research institutions or large dairy processing plants have been in the dairy business for 15 years on average.
During the 22-day training program, they focused on production technology and quality control for yoghurt and hygiene standards for dairy plants.
Hailing from Egypt, Thailand, the Philippines, Mongolia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, they also discussed the development of the dairy industry in their countries.
