Arla Foods has announced the sale of its chilled distribution business at Alcester in the Midlands, UK.
Arla Foods UK is a newly formed joint venture between Express Chilled Dairies and Arla Foods. The move that has been announced today is in line with the new company's integration strategy.
Alcester was part of Express Chilled Distribution which was part of the distribution business of Arla Foods.
Arla Foods was formed in late October last year as a result of the merger between the two companies.
