The dairy industry will do anything it takes to convince people that cow's milk is something we should be consuming. Cow's milk is linked to several cancers, allergies and other health related issues. It is unnatural to drink the milk from another species - Especially long after we as adults are supposed to be weaned from human breast milk. There's absolutely nothing in cow's milk that isn't found in healthier plant based foods.
