I can hardly foresee a reduction on dairy products in Southen Europe due to financial crisis.
What is sure, and started a couple of years ago, was a shift on the buying habits. More and more consumers abandon the producer's brands to trust ondistribution brands that offer (that consumers appreciate as) the same product for less money.
