The market for dairy protein powders, previously driven by demand from bodybuilders, has gone mainstream and now caters to the elderly as well as the athletic.
And Sabin predicts that the current high protein trend is here to stay.
"Protein-based products are still popular," said Sabin, "regardless of the dairy segment."
