Sensient Flavors’ latest line offers seasonal combinations for spring, summer, autumn and winter. With fruit flavors perceived by consumers as being healthier options than other flavors, Sensient’s line-up allows manufacturers to reinvigorate their brands. It includes concepts designed to appeal to adults as well as children.

To demonstrate the line, the company has created a ‘toolbox’ of flavored biscuits that allows customers to experience the seasonal concepts. As well as being suitable for biscuits, the flavors can be used for other applications, such as dairy products and confectionery.

Each of Sensient’s seasonal concepts, from the company’s Milton Keynes UK subsidiary, comprises two different variants. For spring, the first is a combination of raspberries and a hint of lemon; the other is dark chocolate highlighted with floral lavender.

The taste of white peach characterizes summer, alongside tequila sunrise, which combines orange with a hint of grenadine, red berries and salt.

Autumn features hazelnut and date, delivering the taste of hazelnuts while being nut-free. The other autumn flavor combination is red apples and caramel.

The first winter selection pairs clementine and dark chocolate, while the second features marzipan with fresh floral apricot. Here, too, the taste of almonds is achieved without nuts.

Sensient’s technical staff developed this latest collection, and additional tailored solutions can be delivered in line with customer requests.
