“Wherever we are in the store, we want to be the most convenient bone broth on the market, whether you are cooking with it or drinking it. You can just heat it up and pour it into a mug if you want to drink it; there’s no mess,” says co-founder Kate Harvey.
“Nine out of 10 Americans buy a can or box of broth every week. If we can get a fraction of those people to trade up to a superior quality product, that’s huge.”
