Minus the Moo makes a dairy ice cream that lactose intolerant consumers can enjoy
Thinking along the same lines as A La Mode – that no one should miss out on ice cream because of allergies – Minus the Moo is a lactose-free product that tastes like the traditional dairy treat because it is made from real dairy. The co-founders use a lactase enzyme to make RBST hormone-free milk and cream easier on the stomach so that those who are lactose intolerant can enjoy the same rich dessert as those who are not. They offer the classics – mint chip, chocolate and vanilla – and modern favorites, including espresso and sea salt chocolate chip.
