The makers of Enlightened didn’t want to settle for better-for-you when they first launched their ice cream bars in 2013 – they wanted something that was actually good for you. So they packed their bars, and eventually pints, with protein and fiber and the drastically cut the calories, fat and sugar for a treat that consumers could feel good about eating. But they didn’t stop there, they also created fun, on-trend flavors including Frozen Hot Cocoa, Red Velvet, Caramel Oatmeal, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and more, so that consumers don’t have to sacrifice taste for health.
