Clostridium botulinum risk in fish
Canada: Four Seasons Marketplace Inc. is recalling certain smoked fish products because they may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum.
The products were sold from Four Seasons Marketplace, 4099 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, Ontario. Brand names include Nanuk, BOS and Food Fest.
The recall was triggered by a CFIA inspection. There have been no reported illnesses.
