Dairy food safety workshops set 2019 schedule

The Innovation Center for US Dairy has announced plans for five food safety training workshops this year, bringing together dairy farmers, company CEOs and industry leaders to work on “shared social responsibility priorities and opportunities.”

An interview with Wall's, featuring its new products including the vegan Magnum at the Ice Cream Expo, is included in this month's product round-up.
