Bel Brands USA to work with DFA on sustainable milk cooling program

Bel Brands USA has announced a new program in partnership with dairy cooperative Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) to implement and measure sustainable cooling practices designed to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by reducing on-farm energy usage.

CADairy2Go competition winners announced

The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) has announced the three chefs who each took home a prize of $5,000 in the inaugural CADairy2GO competition cook-off in Napa.

The event takes place in Oviedo, Spain, in November.

World Cheese Awards entry dates announced
