I.T.S. launches UHT Pilot Plant

UK flavor company I.T.S., which has a wide range of natural flavorings for pasteurized milk products and UHT treated milk products, has commissioned a UHT Pilot Plant at its facility in Newbury.

Irish dairy cooperative, Ornua, has completed the acquisition of US cheese ingredients business, Whitehall Specialties Inc (WSI) for an undisclosed sum from Mason Wells, a private equity firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
