Lypiatt from The Old Cheese Room
Made from organic Jersey cow’s milk, The Old Cheese Room’s Chevre-like cheese was themed ‘a giant Baby Bel’ when it made an appearance on the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen in 2021.
The cheese has a slightly citrusy yet buttery flavor and is mould-ripened, with an ash rind.
