Cathedral City's vegan block cheddar
After its launch in Tesco UK last year, Cathedral City’s plant-based cheddar alternative is now also available at Sainsbury's and Asda, and will launch at Morrisons, Ocado and Amazon Fresh during January, The Grocer reported.
Based on the brand’s range of cheddar cheese blocks, this vegan-friendly alternative is made from coconut oil and also contains potato starch, bamboo fibre and fructose among other ingredients. It is sold in a 280gE pack and forms part of the Cathedral City's plant-based range that contains a grated cheese alternative as well as sliced vegan cheese.
