Haas-Mondomix, the global manufacturer and supplier of continuous aeration systems and related process equipment, is to preview a number of technologies at Anuga FoodTec held in Cologne, Germany next month.

On display will be the Mondomix VE-50 product line, which is aimed at a variety of dairy applications. The equipment is an aeration machine suitable for a wide variety of dairy products and is said to have state-of-the-art execution with automatic cleaning system (CIP) and an automatic sterilisation system (SIP). It also has a PLC control, operated via colour touch screen and has been awarded ISO9001 certification.

Haas-Mondomix will be previewing a mixing head which has also been specially developed for the dairy industry. It is produced by a wire EDM (electrical discharge machining) process. According to the company, the advantage of using this process is that the mixing head is cut out of one piece so that welding is not necessary; furthermore this method increases the mechanical strength of the mixing head pins.

The Mindi-Mondo is an aeration machine with smaller capacity for R&D applications in labs which FHW will also have on display. The main advantages of this machine is said to be the that the results achieved can be reproduced on larger systems and that it has simple execution for quick and flexible use.

Based in the Netherlands, Haas-Mondomix will be displaying its equipment at Anuga FoodTec, from 8-12 April, at Hall 11.1, Stand E 38.
