Serac, provider of packaging and processing machinery for the dairy industry, is to preview its latest product range at the Anuga Foodtec, in Cologne, Germany, next week.
Serac released the first weight filler for milk in 1969, and since then it has launched numerous new devices to make the filling of dairy product better, safer and more economical. Today Serac has a leading position in the development of new technologies linked to the ESL and aseptic filling of dairy products in stable containers. The company is also active in the field of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and household care products.
At Anuga Serac will be previewing a number of its latest technologies in both the filling and capping as well as the pre-formed container sectors.
It has designed a large range of filling & capping machines able to cover all type of dairy products from fresh milk to aseptically filled products. The company offers a number of different technologies which can be used according to the expected shelf life required and a range of products will be on show at the expo.
The company has also enlarged its range of packaging equipment by machines for dairy products and desserts in pre-formed containers. This range includes step-by-step or continuous rotary filling machines and linear machines for filling in cups or on trays, which will also be previewed at the show.
Serac supplies some of the leading names in both the European and global dairy industry, including Nestle, Kraft Foods, Meiji, Danone and Arla Foods. Based in France the company has offices in Brazil and California, US.
The company's latest product offerings can be viewed at the Anuga Foodtec exhibition, from 8-12 April, Hall 13.1 Booth G18.
