Tasty Fries is to launch an automatic French fry vending machine on the commercial market place on 25 June 2003. The event, which will be held at the company's headquarters, will be followed by a shareholders meeting.

"Our shareholders, who have stood by us throughout our years of research and development, will be the first to see our commercial machines in operation and to taste our product," said president Edward Kelly.

"This machine is the culmination of many years of research and testing. It incorporates all of the positive and proven features from our prototype and pre production model.

"We feel that our proprietary potato product and the multi-patented process which produces these freshly made French fries are the features and functions that place this machine in the forefront of vending technology."

The patent-protected vending machine prepares, cooks and dispenses freshly made fries in approximately 90 seconds. The company maintains that the fries are made from top-quality potatoes and are cooked in cholesterol-free oil using state-of-the-art robotics and technology.
