Chr. Hansen shows new solutions for the meat industry
Leading Danish ingredients provider is about to showcase its latest offerings for the meat industry at the IFFA trade fair in Frankfurt, which includes a system which allows the easy shaping of meats.At this year's IFFA trade fair in Frankfurt the Chr. Hansen stand will be displaying a variety of mixing machines, fast fermenting sausage meat and clever application systems demonstrated by company experts in each area.
Among the many dishes on the company's stand in Frankfurt is its INNO 20/ INNO 30 system. This is said to be a versatile solution for innovative meat products. Based on a gel forming reaction the system allows various shaping options of fresh meat products. Resulting in what the company claims is stable restructured products even after heat treatment.
Product manager for meat cultures, Eva Stenby said: "We look forward to presenting our wide range of meat cultures with bio-protective abilities. They have been a big success so far, and we have more news to come. Furthermore, we will also demonstrate our patented application system for sliced meats."
"We all know that consumers expect the industry to constantly come up with new solutions," said Thomas Stolle, who is sales and marketing manager for Meat and Prepared Foods in Germany. "But between getting a good idea and putting the new product on the market there is a huge gap, which can be hard to fill for any company. What we want to show our guests at IFFA is the work, we can do together."
In all, more than 20 people will be manning the company's stand in the six days between May 15 and May 20, which is located at G49, Hall 4.1.
