Pete Budde, product line manager for fermented milk products and direct vat cultures at DSM, talked DairyReporter.com through the benefits of the range, which includes Delvo Fresh Sensation, Delvo Fresh Pure and Delvo Fresh Proven.
Budde also presented (for tasting) a number of yogurt concepts developed using the Delvo Fresh cultures, including a chocolate yogurt and a product made using just milk, cultures, and sugar.
“The theme of our booth at the show is ‘add a little, do a lot’. And in the case of these cultures, even though there is only a small amount of inclusion they make a massive impact on the final product," said Budde.
"The feedback so far has been very, very well received and we very much look forward to helping our existing partners and future partners to come up with a better product in a very competitive space," he added.
