Production rate for the Integra 601 is 150 packages per minute and package range is up to 150mm high x 300m wide.
The wrapper has fast pack size changeover with a single part change, gas flushing, easy-open packages and long-dwell sealing for hermetic packs, said the firm owned by HayssenSandiacre.
The inverted unwind design is sanitation-friendly with reduced contact surface area.
Rose Forgrove Integra 601 can package cheese types such as chunks, slices, loaves and large slabs of mozzarella.
The firm has also invested in engineering team members to support a future focus on horizontal wrapper systems.
