Arla Foods Ingredients launches whey protein isolate for clear beverages

Arla Food Ingredients says the new product overcomes taste and mouthfeel issues that have long challenged manufacturers of clear protein waters.

The company will showcase the new product at Food Ingredients Europe, from December 3 to 5, in Paris, France.
