Dolav introducing new products at Foodex 2020
It holds 445 liters and, at 580mm tall, is designed to avoid crushing softer or delicate loose products.
The Ace 460 is a one-piece molding with three integral runners for safe tipping. It weighs 33.4kg, has a max stack load of 4,500kg and with its 1,200x1,000mm footprint, it inter-stacks with the standard Ace.
Dolav offers a choice of solid or perforated walls, or a combination of both and drain plug options.
The Dolav Ace is available in 10 standard colors from stock.
Both Ace boxes can have Dolav’s detectable plastic option, colored red or blue. It enables plastic detection by X-ray and standard scanners. Performance is test-proven by Mettler Toledo.
Dolav detectable material also meets FDA guidelines on foreign objects in food products. Additionally, Dolav offers an antimicrobial plastic option for additional food safety.
Hygienic antimicrobial plastic
Dolav’s antimicrobial technology from BioCote provides food-factory processors with surface protection from contaminants. It can reduce the presence of microbes, such as bacteria and mold, by up to 99.5% in two hours.
This innovation is a new enhancement for the Dolav Ace box pallets and plastic pallets that can also reduce the need for aggressive cleaning substances.
Dolav MH 1000
Dolav has also just introduced the MH 1000 pallet for the food sector. With three integral runners, the solid plastic MH 1000 pallet has no cavities or crevices for contaminants. With smooth hygienic-design molded corners and edges, it is easy to clean and dry.
At 1,200x1,000x160mm, the 22kg pallet is engineered to be suitable for automatic logistic centers. Standard with no rim, options include a 6mm or a 20mm outer safety rim. For fast cooling, Dolav has designed airflow through hygienic holes in the perforated option.
With the reinforced racking version for heavy-duty hygienic use, the dynamic load increases from 1,800kg to 2,000kg and racking load increases from 1,250kg to 2,000kg. The reinforced pallet weight increases to 26.2kg.
The Dolav MH 1000 plastic pallet also offers detectable and antimicrobial options.
