South Florida company San Bernardo Ice Cream, has launched a plant-based alternative, NO BULL.

The company said it is the only dedicated plant-based dessert brand from a full-service ice cream company.  The oat-based NO BULL, available in Whole Foods Market stores in Florida and online, is vegan certified, Non-GMO, gluten and soy-free.

“NO BULL was created for those living a plant-based lifestyle who deserve the same indulgent experience of traditional ice cream. With great taste and creamy texture, NO BULL, we just taste better," Jonathan Tammara, president and chief flavor innovator for the brands, said.

NO BULL comes in eight flavors: Blueberry Pie, Caramel Apple Pie, Double Chocolate, Mint Chocolate Swirl, Peanut Butter Fudge, Sea Salt Caramel, Strawberry Frappe, and Vanilla Bean.

NO BULL is offered in pints for retail distribution, as well as three-gallon containers, five-liter trays, and soft-serve cartons for its wholesale foodservice division.

Most flavors contain fewer than 190 calories and 6 grams of fat per serving.

The vegan-certified products are made from organic whole oats, organic cane sugar, non-GMO and sustainably sourced ingredients, and are all free from gluten, soy, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.
