New US ice cream launches from Unilever
New products in the Breyers brand are Breyers Chocolate Pretzel Swirl and Double Chocolate Brownie Batter, as well as Breyers Reese’s Peanut Butter Snack Cups, which join an existing line of Breyers and Reese’s products.
A new seasonal flavor also joins the portfolio - Breyers Coconut Fudge Breeze. All of these products retail for $3.99.
The brand also expands its non-dairy offerings to include two new flavors, Mint Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Chocolate Chip, for those in search of non-dairy options in the frozen treats aisle, and welcomes three new flavors to its CarbSmart product line including Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Mint Chip and Coffee Cookie Crunch, available in the brand’s new pint size. Vanilla CarbSmart will also be available in pint size.
Good Humor sees the return of Viennetta after almost 30 years off the US market. Good Humor Vanilla Viennetta retails for $5.49.
The newest addition to the Klondike Donuts family, Klondike Wake Me Up Coffee, features a dark chocolate hard shell with a white confectionary drizzle, and a frozen coffee flavor made with 100% Arabica Colombian coffee.
Wake Me Up Coffee joins existing Klondike Donuts flavors Boston Cream, Triple Chocolate and Frosted Strawberry. Each box of Klondike Wake Me Up Coffee Donuts has six individually wrapped frozen treats and will be available for a suggested retail price of $3.49.
Popsicle adds a new flavor to its Fruit Twisters line - Mango, Strawberry & Vanilla Swirl, which are made with fruit and milk, twirl mango puree and nonfat milk around a frozen strawberry core (six-pack for $4.49). Also new in 2021, Popsicle’s Spider-Man and Minions-inspired popsicles will be available in the frozen aisle, in packs of six for a SRP of $3.99.
There are four new products in the Magnum Ice Cream range. The brand introduces its first Ice Cream Truffle Bars in three flavors, MINI Dark Chocolate Truffle, MINI Berry Truffle and Double Chocolate Vanilla Truffle. Also new this year, Magnum ice cream adds Double Red Velvet.
Talenti, the best-selling gelato brand in the US, adds four new flavors to its Layers line, Confetti Cookie, Strawberry Shortcake, Cookies and Cream, and Chocolate Pretzel, bringing the total Layers offerings to 15 flavors. Talenti also introduces two new flavors to its core Gelato line, Honey Graham and Peanut Butter Vanilla Swirl.
