Fromacoeur, based in Ruffec, France, was promoting its products at Anuga.

The company produces a wide variety of cheeses for both foodservice and the end consumer. Among the products being exhibited at the show were two new appetizers, featuring cow cheese pearls with a carrot or olive filling. The company already has a range of the pearl products, including those made form goat milk, with a range of fillings such as salmon, honey, fig and tomato. New goat cheese skewers were also on display.

The company also produces goat cheese bites, goat cheese bites with truffles, raclette roulades, antipasti, sweet peppers stuffed with cheese and various goat cheese pearls.

Created by Antoine & Valérie Sardin in 2002, Fromacoeur expanded in 2006, into a 2,000 square meter factory. The company also exports its products around the world.
