Tetra Pak has announced it will use bio-based low-density polyethylene (LDPE) on all of its packages produced in Brazil as of April 22.

Abbott rejects shareholder call for GMO labeling on its products
An Abbott Laboratories shareholder proposal to label genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) in its Similac infant formula range received about 5% of the vote, and has been rejected by the company.
