A new organic oat-based beverage is set to launch in the US as a high-protein milk alternative. Oath sources its protein from almonds, pumpkin seeds and oats.

The Oath oat and plant protein blended drinks have launched with four flavors, Double Chocolate with Almond, Golden Turmeric with Almond & Pumpkin Seed, Indian Rose with Almond & Pumpkin Seed and Matcha Chai with Pumpkin Seed.

The team behind Oath wanted to create a unique drink that can ‘reinvent the saturated RTD industry.’ Each 12oz bottle contains 15-16 grams of protein and 6-10 grams of fiber, with a focus on metabolism, boost enhancement and sustainable energy restoration.

“If consumers are able to feed their body with premium, healthy, organic foods, they're able to free and fortify their mind,” Oath said.

The almond, pumpkin seed, and oat protein blends with natural sweeteners apple fiber, spices and botanicals, including saffron, ginger, and cardamom. The drinks contain no artificial flavors, gums, fillers or stabilizers.

Each has between 210-260 calories and 11-12g of sugar. They are free from dairy, gluten and soy, as well as kosher and non-GMO. Oath says they are ideal for pre- or post-workout, as a meal replacement, or before bed to help promote muscle regeneration and building during sleep.

"Our organic and vegan oat milks harness the true promise of plants, from protein-rich oats, nuts and seeds to naturally delicious spices and botanicals. Each Oath protein drink is expertly blended for real health benefits and the most sensational mouthfeel ever (no aftertaste)," Oath said.

Single serve bottles of Oath are already available at select retailers in New York City, with more to come and a pending online launch later this year.

Andy Khiani, co-founder of Oath, said, "Oath is a perfect expression of sustainability for the planet, for its inhabitants, and for myself. Living with HIV, I have always known the connection between body and mind and how food plays a huge part between the two.

“A healthy body, via organic, whole foods, creates a healthy mind and that, in turn, creates a healthy, sustainable environment I could connect with and it has always, without a doubt, led me to a place of peace and a greater understanding of myself and my relation to all life."
