Here are six new product developments that caught our eye in June 2025.
Bel UK to launch The Laughing Cow Spicy Chilli

Bel UK, subsidiary of Bel Group, is launching a chilli-flavored cream cheese portion to capture demand for spicy flavors, particularly among young snackers.
The Laughing Cow Spicy Chilli contains 31 calories per portion and has no artificial colors or flavors. Like the rest of the range, it is equally at home as a spreadable cheese on bread and crackers as well as a snack between meals or after workouts.
Bel UK claims the new product is the only chilli-flavored cheese spread portion on the UK market; it’s available from Ocado online and will be in Asda and Sainsbury’s supermarkets from July.
Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses expands sheep’s cheese range

The Lanchasire-based sheep’s milk cheese producer is introducing Parlick Reserve, a creamy sheep’s milk cheese that is matured for six months.
Available from June 23 at M&S Food (RRP £4.50/150g), the cheese takes its name from Lancashire’s Parlick Fell, which is just five miles from Butlers’ dairy.
“Parlick Reserve is a natural next step for our Parlick range and really appeals to the M&S shopper, particularly with growing consumer demand for sheep’s milk cheese,” said Matthew Hall, owner at Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses.
Parlick Reserve joins Parlick Original in the range, which is stocked at Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrisons stores across the UK. Parlick Brie is stocked in Waitrose.

Nounós Creamery’s A2 Greek yogurt

Nounós Creamery is expanding its yogurt offering with an A2 milk option. A2 Greek yogurt contains only the A2 beta-casein protein as opposed to the A1 protein found in most conventional milk; according to research, A2 milk products may be easier to digest.
“Through careful breeding and a commitment to quality, we’ve ensured our milk is 100% A2/A2, and Non-GMO project verified,” says Steve Iounnou, co-founder of Nounos Creamery. “We’re proud to offer a product that not only supports digestive wellness but also aligns with regenerative farming practices that respect the Earth.”
Nounós A2 Greek Yogurt will be available in a variety of delicious flavors, including Plain, Vanilla Bean, Coconut Mango and Mixed Berry. The product launched at select retailers in May 2025.
