Ben & Jerry’s takes to Snapchat to launch new Core flavors
The March launch of Ben & Jerry’s third installment of Core ice creams also marks the Unilever subsidiary’s debut on the social media platform Snapchat, which resonates with younger consumers and is not yet overrun by brands and advertising. The company announced on Snapchat that its new trio of Core ice creams are twists on classic baked goods and include Brownie Batter which combines chocolate and vanilla ice creams with fudge brownies and a brownie batter core; Coconuts for Caramel, which combines caramel and sweet cream coconut ice creams with fudge flakes and a caramel core; and Cookies & Cream Cheesecake, which combines chocolate and cheesecake ice creams with chocolate cookies and a cheesecake core.
