Chobani has unveiled a raft of new products that will start hitting shelves this summer, including Chobani Oats - yogurt mixed with fruit and oats; Chobani Indulgent - its first desserts; and Chobani Kids - snack packs for kids.

“With our new products and innovations, we are extending the way people enjoy Greek Yogurt in America and bringing better food to more people,” said Hamdi Ulukaya, Chobani Founder and CEO, Chobani. “We're just getting started.”

Peter McGuinness, chief marketing and brand officer, added: “The yogurt story in America is just beginning and as the category leader we are creating new ways to enjoy Chobani’s delicious, nutritious, natural products throughout the day.”

The new line-up includes:

Chobani Greek Yogurt Oats: Designed to compete with bars, cereal and oatmeal, Chobani Oats combines Greek yogurt with fruit and whole grain steel-cut oats (which will be ‘al dente’ and ‘not mushy’) in flavors such as Banana Maple, Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry and Cranberry, “a cup of protein-, grain- and fiber-packed nourishment”.

Chobani Indulgent: Chobani’s first dessert product, mixing full-fat Greek Yogurt with ingredients such as cream, dark chocolate and fruits. Flavors include Dulce de Leche, Raspberry Dark Chocolate Chunk, Mint Dark Chocolate Chunk and Banana Dark Chocolate Chunk.

Chobani Kids: High protein, low sugar snack packs for kids with Greek yogurt and fruit in flavors including grape, watermelon, and vanilla chocolate dust.

Chobani Seasonal: New, seasonally-inspired Greek yogurt flavors that will refresh each season, kicking off this summer with Watermelon and Pink Grapefruit.

Chobani Simply 100 Greek Yogurt in Key Lime and Pineapple Coconut: The latest additions to the 100-calorie range.

Chobani Kitchen: A 4% whole milkGreek yogurt ideal for baking or on top of a baked potato, chile and fajatas.

Later this year, Chobani will also introduce savory dips, McGuinness told the Wall Street Journal.
