New evidence suggests any kind of light can spoil dairy products

Light protection services and certification company Noluma has released new research that tackles the effects of light exposure on milk and other dairy products. Vitamin A, vitamin D and riboflavin levels in milk all begin to deplete after just two hours.

DMK Group appoints new CFO

Dr Frank Claassen will become the new chief financial officer of the German dairy cooperative, Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH (DMK Group). He succeeds Volkmar Taucher, 62, who will hand over his position in July 2019.

The facility manufactures fresh, extended shelf-life and aseptic dairy products for grocery store chains and organic milk brands.
