The IsoPharm Dairy Analyzer includes Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) probes and can measure up to 20 process points.
Common measurements include fat, protein, lactose, solids, solids non fat (SNF), casein and pH.
Online NIR (near infrared spectroscopy) analysis is used to monitor key ingredient use, optimize cream blending and to make adjustments to keep a product in line with regulations and specifications.
The machines can integrate into existing control systems through MODBUS, 4-20mA and other standard communication protocols.
They are designed to measure all varieties of dairy: milk, powders, creams, butter, cheese and intermediate products.
