Dairy Reporter attended the recent Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show, which took place in Harrogate in the UK in February.
At the event, we spoke with Salvatore Mele, London and South East area sales manager, Marcantonio Foods.
Marcantonio Foods is one of UK's largest suppliers of ice cream cones, flavorings and decorations. The company has a factory in Barking. The company has in-house gelato chefs and development technologists to assist with new product development.
Marcantonio is a part of the dessert company NIC, which is in turn a part of the larger Orkla group, which is headquartered in Norway.
