Health and Sustainability at a lowest cost.

Posted by Peter Bourke,

Taking much larger volumes of milk to the global masses requires more improvement being made to secondary packaging options .....in order to ensure the safest 'on shelf' outcomes possible. This is where patented 'Lactote' comes in to play. Its time to stop using dirty crates and trolleys to transport all milk products.

Why are you covering non-dairy alternatives in this article?

Posted by Terri Rexroat,

Here's my opinion. Including vegan cheese (as the lead-off product!) and non-dairy protein beverages in an article titled "What's New in Dairy" just adds more confusion for end-users and more challenges for those of that work in the dairy industry. It's one thing to show the advantages of dairy by including comparisons to dairy alternatives but for DairyReporter.com to write about dairy alternatives in a promotional and positive manner is not appropriate nor is it supporting the dairy industry.
