LaClare Creamery’s trio of cheeses
The artisanal cheesemaker has introduced three new flavors to its portfolio of goats cheese – Chili Lime, Mediterranean, and Pumpkin.
Created with consumer trends in mind, Chili Lime seeks to appeal to those looking for tangy and bright flavor combinations, and is spiced with a blend of chipotle chiles, lime and salt. ‘Mediterranean’ is a chèvre cheese spiced with a blend of olives, savory herbs and spices, while Pumpkin sees a pumpkin spice puree and a hint of cinnamon added to the goats cheese for what LaClare Creamery describes as a ‘classic fall flavor’.
The cheeses (4oz/113g each) are available from various stockists nationwide.
