Watch: Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show 2022 – Greco Brothers
Dairy Reporter attended the recent Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show, which took place in Harrogate in the UK in February.
At the event, we spoke with Lucia Tomlinson, from Greco Brothers, a company that supplies cones, wafers, ingredients, flavors, packaging and other items for the gelato and ice cream industry.
Formed in the 1920s in Middlesbrough, the company supplies a range of customers from major UK wholesalers, including own label products, large producers and distributors as well as independent outlets such as ice cream parlors and cafes.
In 2014, Greco Brothers partnered with Italian flavor house Aromitalia, which makes all its products in house at its factory in Piedmont.
