Dairy companies set to fight Spanish fines

The CNMC (National Commission on Markets and Competition) in Spain has fined eight companies who operate in the raw cow’s milk supply market for activities between the years 2000 and 2013.

Lactalis Group acquired Ehrmann Commonwealth Dairy, the US yogurt business of Ehrmann AG.
