In 2000, Finland’s Competition and Consumer Agency, or KKV, imposed a milk quota on the dairy cooperative Valio, requiring it to supply its competitors with 185m liters of raw milk or components per year.

Valio said it is disappointed by a €70m fine, but considers the case closed.
