Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) has developed a plug and play solution – meaning it can be used as is or within a recipe – to helps snack producers create bars with a high protein content in every layer.
At this month’s SupplySide West show in Las Vegas, Whitehall Specialties debuted its latest project, the NewFields Cheese division for plant-based products. Whitehall has been a producer of customized cheeses for 30 years.
SupplySide West (SSW) returns to Las Vegas this week, bringing together more than 17,000 ingredients buyers and suppliers. Arla Foods and NZMP will showcase proteins for use in dairy and dairy alternative products.
