Red Boat Ice Cream unveils expansion plans

Red Boat Ice Cream, which has four ice-cream parlors across Anglesey and north Wales in the UK, has invested £400,000 ($544,000) in a new ice-cream production lab at its Llangefni hub on Anglesey.
