Sorbabes launches nut-based sorbets
Claiming to be the first brand to bring nut-based sorbet to the frozen dessert market, Sorbabes now offers two more options in the line-up: Double Chocolate Hazelnut & Fudge and Salted Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate sorbets. "While other non-dairy ice creams use a base of fake cream for all their flavors, like coconut milk, cashews, soy or almond, the Sorbabes chose to keep each flavor unique, to celebrate each nut per flavor,” and in doing so goes above and beyond consumer expectations of sorbets, says Co-founder and Chef Deborah Gorman.
