Al Ain Farms’ camel powder and UHT camel milk
Camel milk is naturally low in lactose and higher in vitamin C, B, calcium and potassium than cow’s milk. But while the dairy beverage is popular in the Asia, it hasn’t quite permeated into the European market. UAE-based dairy producer Al Ain Farms is hoping to change that by launching a UHT camel milk in 2023. The 1L product will be easier to transport and have up to six months shelf life.
The company also highlighted its camel milk powder, which packs 926mg of calcium or 92% of typical daily intake, along with 26g fat and 26g protein per 25g bag.
