IDF publishes new bulletin on heat treatment of milk

The International Dairy Federation has released Bulletin No.516 on Heat Treatments of Milk, which looks at the processing of milk, the oldest processing technology in the dairy sector.

The IDF report looks at countries including Nigeria, New Zealand, Chile, Israel, as well as across the EU.
