Hawaii Department of Health clamps down on raw goat milk

Hawai‘i Department of Health Food Safety Branch inspectors are visiting pet supply stores and food retailers throughout the state and issuing cease and desist notices to those engaged in the illegal sale of unpasteurized goat milk.

Speakers announced for IDF symposium

The International Dairy Federation (IDF) has announced speakers for the 8th IDF International symposium on sheep, goat and other non-cow milk, which takes place May 4 and 5, 2020 in Brussels, Belgium.

 Leeb Biomilch focuses on dairy and fresh products (especially yogurt) from organic goat and organic sheep milk.

Emmi acquires majority stake in Leeb Biomilch

Swiss dairy company Emmi has gradually been expanding its international goat’s milk network since 2010. It has now acquired a 66% stake in Austrian goat and sheep milk processor Leeb Biomilch GmbH.
