Good Culture's gut-friendly Organic Lactose Free Cottage Cheese
Clean-label cultured foods brand Good Culture has debuted the Organic Lactose Free Cottage Cheese, a whole milk organic addition to its line of lactose-free cottage cheese and sour cream.
The new cottage cheese option packs 14g of protein per ½ cup serving and 18g of protein per single serve cup and is made of five ingredients – organic milk and cream, sea salt, live and active cultures and lactase enzyme.
It will be available in a 15oz tub and a 5oz single-serve cup from September at Whole Foods Market across the US, with expanded retail distribution in 2023.
